Ordered 2 dash cams on the 8th of June. Tracking showed shipped from Hong Kong and has shown sitting in Cincinnati Airport for weeks. Got the Black one a couple days ago with a New Jersey return address and wrapped poorly with the box crushed. Shipped in a Poly Envelope with no bubble wrap etc. Tried to communicate several times on their(gearbest) web site and attached pictures according to their pic attachment requirements and Everytime it looks to be sending files and then says gearbest question has been deleted. Gearbest….Replace the black one and find my blue one.

Since I received a unit that has a small defect I contacted them and the reply took from not more than 24hrs. They offered me an option either to return the item or keep the item and have a partial refund. I chose to keep the item and have a partial refund. Their customer service representative keeps in contact with me until I get the refund. Even though I received a defective product, their customer service was great.

It was my first time ordering from gearbest and I was a bit worried because I did not have particularly good experiences with ordering from China (I live in europe). I wanted to order a Toy Quadcopter and since it was ridicolously cheap I decided to give it a try.
Payment per Creditcard was easy and the item(s) were shipped out the following day. I choose the normal shipping method, which was for free.
It took 16 working days to finally arrive. I did not have any Problems with customs.
The only Thing I did not like was the packaging, which was pretty poor (e.g. no bubble wrap).
