A few days ago, I got the second part of my order, which made in GearBest.I ordered a router and repeater Xiaomi.
When I ordering all items were “in stock” but after payment confirmation it was found that the repeaters has already ended. Asked support to send first router, and then the repeater, when they appear in stock. They agreed with me, and they didn’t have to wait for the repeater in stock.
The router arrived after 14 days, the repeater – after 24 days.Support works quite well, if GearBest will continue to offer the same good prices I will continue to order in this shop.
My experience with Gearbest is EXCELLENT. You can’t find better price anywhere and the shipping is free. I’m an headphones and earphones addict and find lot of incredible deal in this store, some items can be in back order and shipping can be a little long sometime but you can’t complaint about this because of the price you pay. Products are ALL authentic, no false earphones like other whole sale seller of Aliexpress. At GearBest you can find many thinks and a lot of Accessories with good prices.
I hade some problems with some items but at the end we manage to solve all the issues with the support center.
The bad with the GearBest is that they don’t make good wrapping to the product to avoid damage during Transportation.
