The couple items that ended up defective was quickly replaced or refunded. They offer a lot of discounts on everything they sell beating out there competitors.

I recommenced Gearbest Online Store. Why? Here is my experiences and decide it yourself.
I have experienced buying items from gearbest 2 times, first time I bought items about $15US with tracking number. items arrived a bit late but all items is as it described. The second time I order an item with no tracking number(well, the value is lower than $2 so I didn’t select option “tracking number”) and I got the problem. at first an item still not arrived even 25+ days had passed so I sent a ticket to them and they respond very quickly(not over 24 hours) said that if the package still not arrived after 50 days had passed , they will refund me or send a new one for me. Luckily after that, 4-5 days I got the package. So all in all, this website is reliable. Their Supporter is very helpful and polite. The item they sell is in good quality and cheap price. Many Promotion and free GB point you can get etc. The only bad thing I found is the shipping take too much time(it may be take time more than 50 days lol).
From Gearbest.com, i ordered a car which costed me 195 USD, it was mentioned delivery in 7 to 10 days while i ordered. It has been more then 1 month now and still am waiting for the order to be delivered. i exchanged approx. 30 emails but still no resolution.
