Hello, I constantly shopping and I have not had a problem until now. I can recommend gearbest as one of best eshops in China. When the damaged product arrives they are given back money. Orders usually come in 3-4 weeks with postNL. I usually take free shipment (it takes 30-40 days for each package to arrive to Europe from China warehouse). I had a great experience on this site.
