In my opinion Gearbest is the best online store.
Firstly, customer service is very kind and helpful. Every time They answered me within less than 24 hours.
I am also really suprised about quality of the products, especially for this (really cheap!) price. I ordered many things from Gearbest and all of them are working great.
I received all of my orders without any problem. There is a posibillity of tracking the shipment. All the packages were well packed in order to minimise the chance of damaging it.
You can collect points for orders which You can use next time to beat the price of product.
In conclusion, my rate of this store is 10/10. I strongly recommend it for everyone. They have never disappointed me so far!

Os produtos vendidos apresentam preços muito competitivos, os produtos vêm muito bem acondicionados nos pacotes, o tempo entre a compra e o envio é muito rápido (cerca de 2/3 dias) e o tempo de envio também não costuma ser muito prolongado tendo em conta a localização dos produtos (cerca de 2 semanas e os produtos chegam até nós)
Os produtos têm muita qualidade para os preços a que são vendidos, em termos de acabamentos são também muito bons.
O serviço de apoio ao cliente, no geral, é bom, tendo o problema da diferença do fuso horário (China para Portugal), o que dificulta um pouco a comunicação quando existe alguma questão ou problema para serem resolvidos.
