    I bought a Yoka TV K2Bpro android box which has worked fine until yesterday morning. It lost WiFi connection and would not reconnect. In Internet settings the option to turn on the devices WiFi is set to off and won’t go to on! So I cannot connect to any network. I resorted to trying a factory reset which wiped my apps and settings but it still won’t connect. Is there a fault or am I doing something wrong ? Network is fine as my M8s and Fire sticks work OK !

    The unit works fine when I connect an Ethernet cable. So, works fine when connected that way but when I try to switch Wi-Fi on in settings it just defaults to OFF.

  9. I became a Gearbest customer half a year ago. Since April 2017 I have purchased in this store xiaomi tablet, redmi phone and many other useful things. Generally, based on my experience I can certainly say that Gearbset is quite a good store. My phone was sent by Singapore Post and it came within 14 days pretty fast delivery. Tablet was received after 3 weeks. The packages were undamaged (more bubble wrap needed). Original factory boxes with items were sealed by gearbest seal for protection. Both gadgets are still working without problems. I also liked that I could use points to lower the price.
    I am also satisfied with Gearbest customer support service. I made one wrong order, and when I asked the support to cancel it it was done immediately and my money was refunded back to my account. Payments are made by paypal, so anyway, all the purchases are protected.
    Also I found out that Gearbest has an account in VK where coupons and discounts are regularly posted. It is a pity only that coupons cant be used together with points.
    I can easily recommend this store for everyone, prices for many goods are much more attractive than other market places could ever offer.
