It has been more than one month since I paid and order the product. They indicated it was shipped first then they told me the color I order wasn’t available. The timing didn’t make sense. Then when I told them the alternative color, they didn’t mail it out right away. They just shipped it three days ago….it seems to me all the statements or messages are all lies.
I have been ordering from DHG for some time now. I always get free shipping and good prices. I did not expect the long wait for the products the first time that I ordered. Yes the trackings take a while. True, if there is a Chinese holiday, it takes longer. I even checked the web for a list of the holidays…they were telling the truth and, the agreement is clear on holidays. I have gotten all orders so far and the free shipping my sellers have given me plus the good prices are worth the wait (usually about a month) for me. I don’t buy to sell so am not in a hurry to get the products. Sellers have been good so far. Luckily I have not dealt with returns so I can’t comment on that…some of the others have alreadydone that. So far so good here. That’s not to say that I won’t be back here if something goes ary and they don’t treat me right.

10) They haven’t refund any money and now they are telling that they will not refund
11) Waited for dispute long time but dispute resulted for fraud seller benefit.

DHgate is a B2B portal that facilitates all the sales, communications interface and policies that they publish. With this mind, here’s my experience:
Bought an item that was advertised blatantly difference from the advertised picture. After contacting the seller to request a return and refund, seller stopped communicating with me. Then I sent the request to DHgate mediation but had to wait over 2 weeks for the seller to “do something” which was never heard from again.
So very TRUE that DHgate will not refund your money. In fact, when you put in your claim (after dealing with the seller that ripped you off and won’t honor their own refund policy) and submit your evidence, DHgate will just ignore you and cease to respond. Your only recourse is to blog about their scam to warn the western world to not waste time or $ with DHgate! I’m closing my DHgate account and never purchasing from their website again. They stand behind their merchants even if they are committing fraud because DHgate earns a commission and they know we have no restitution to resolve our disputes. Also TRUE that branded goods from DHgate are all counterfeit. Dealing with DHgate is almost like dealing with organized crime…it’s lucrative but extremly risky.
